Define Your Boundaries

The aim of the interactive story is to present situations that happen in real life and
how they impact people on an individual level. Crossing someone’s boundaries
might not be perceived or understood as such, but it affects the person who tends to
do and give more than a certain situation expects or requires and who therefore
does not have clearly defined boundaries. This story is designed to show both
personal and professional situations where boundaries are violated. This story aims
to demonstrate that people who struggle to set boundaries cannot balance their
professional and personal life and reactions to the external environment are
internalised to such an extent that boundary violation impacts their life on a whole,
without the individual’s understanding as to why this is happening. This story
attempts to explore these aspects to help navigate player’s emotions and to show
how emotions change, sometimes drastically, without their awareness.
